Come and see me and Pure Barre Bronxville team up for a day of fun, food, and fitness. NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital is hosting the “Be Well Bash,” a wellness and injury prevention event for all ages. Hollis will be teaching pop-up classes while I serve out the veggie bites to fuel everyone through the event. Best part? It’s totally free!
There will be polenta pizzas like this there!
“It will be an afternoon filled with activities from the NFL PLAY 60 Skills and Drills program and the New York City Football Club Street Team; injury prevention workshops; music; food; entertainment; face painting and much more. NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence is sponsoring this free program for K-12 student athletes, weekend warriors, and seniors. The community can meet clinicians from the Columbia Orthopedics and Sports Medicine program, and specialists in primary care, cardiology and a host of specialties to learn about how to stay healthy and achieve their goals.”
This free event will take place Saturday, September 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., rain or shine, on the front lawn of The Bronxville School, located at 177 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, NY 10708.
