Before our first consult, you will complete a detailed health history giving me a total inventory on your life, family history and goals. You’ll also provide a 3-day food diary, to give me a glimpse of your typical dietary intake. If you have lab results from the last 6 months, you can also have me look them over. All of this info will give both of us a better understanding of the root cause of your issues and how we can prevent and reverse your symptoms.

Here we will create a plan of action customized completely to your personal needs, health, and lifestyle. It may include: a meal plan, supplement recommendations, stress management and lifestyle adjustments. We’ll also zone in on the mental and emotional part of food, because getting deep enough to uncover these things is KEY to having long term success, and without it, you will always be looking for a short term fix.

After our initial 90-minute consultation, we will have a good sense of your health goals and a sense of clarity about where to start. Our first follow-up session is usually a big time real-food education session to help you understand the real-food philosophy on a practical level and this session occurs about a week or two after the initial consultation.
